Whenever there is a particularly long text, the work is divided
between a number of colleagues and revised by the editor
for that combination of languages.

am a graduate of the Bilkent University, Electronics Engineering
Department in 1991. I later obtained masters (1995) and
PhD (1998) degrees from the Cambridge University in Information
Engineering. I lived in England between the dates 1994-1999
and in France in 2000 working in high-technology research
labs. Since 2001 I live and work in Pisa, Italy.
